1) Today adani group enters health care sector incorporated "Adani Health Ventures Ltd".
This made them a strong presence in health sector.
2) Recently Adani group purchased Ambuja and ACC cements from Holcim group for $ 10 billion deal, which is one of the largest acquisition by adani.
It makes Adani cement 2nd largest cement maker in india within a day.
3) A week before Adani Media unit "AMG media Network" bought 49% stake in "Quintillion Business Media" a digital run news platform.
This acquisition made adani a strong player in media sector.
4) Three weeks before Abu Dhabi's IHC invested rupees 15400 crores in three adani companies.
5) Most of the adani companies are running in debt , gross debt amounts to around rupees 2.2 trillion as on today reported in business standard.
